What If I Don’t Receive My Order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us, and we will assist you with the refund process.

Will I Be Charged with Customs and Taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. However, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order, as these are determined by your local customs office. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by Ventales. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For further details, please contact your local customs office.

How Do I Return an Item?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ventalescontact@gmail.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete your return.

What If the Item(s) I Received Are Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged?

If you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references. We will work diligently to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. For questions about when the credit will be posted to your account, please contact your card-issuing bank. If you have not received a credit for your return yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.

All of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for changes or cancellations after this time. However, you may return the order for a full refund once it is received.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX, as well as PayPal payments.

When Will My Order Be Processed?

Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing from the date of your order. Orders will be shipped the next business day following processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends, and processing times may be longer during holidays and sale seasons.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your products as quickly as possible.

Processing & handling
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing from the date your order is placed.

  • Once processed, orders are handed off to the carrier the next business day.

  • We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.

Order changes & cancellations
  • We can modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of placement.

  • After 12 hours, the order is likely in processing and can’t be changed or canceled. You can still return it for a full refund after it arrives.

Estimated delivery times
  • Standard international delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks after shipment.

  • Timing can vary by destination, carrier capacity, and season (holiday/sale periods may run longer).

  • Remote areas or custom inspections may extend timelines.

Tracking your order
  • As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking.

  • You can also track anytime on our site—enter your order number and email and click Track.

  • Please allow 24–72 hours after you receive the tracking number for the carrier to show the first scan.

Split shipments

To get items to you faster, multi-item orders may ship in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Customs, duties & taxes
  • Prices on our site are shown tax-free in USD.

  • Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be due on delivery. These charges are assessed by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs processing can delay delivery; unfortunately, we don’t control these timelines.

Address accuracy & delivery issues
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address or failure to pick up from customs, we can reship (additional shipping charges may apply).

  • If your tracking shows Delivered but you can’t find the package, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier branch. Then contact us—we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Lost or very late packages
  • If you don’t receive your order within 30 days of the ship date, you’re eligible for a full refund. Please reach out so we can take care of it.
