  • Certain items such as perishable goods, digital products, and intimate or sanitary goods are not eligible for returns.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).


3. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Health and personal care items that have been opened.

  • Clearance or final sale items.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
